The Aircraft Value Reference was first published in 1991. The values and lease rentals are updated twice a year. The Aircraft Value Reference available as Aircraft Values Basic (AVB) covers generic values for Commercial Jets, Turboprops and Business Jets every six months whilst Aircraft Values Pro (AVP) provides serial number and type specific values for Commercial Jets and Turboprops every month.

Market values and lease rentals are projected for 20 years into the future. The residual values include Mid, Best & Worst cases, inflated and uninflated. The Excel files can be downloaded and edited while a PDF version can be printed. Future values and lease rentals are presented with an assessment of risk. Full life and half life adjustments are included.

The Aircraft Value Analysis Company Limited was the first appraisal company to publish Aircraft Ratings. The Ratings have become the benchmark for investors in their assessment of the relative attraction of aircraft for asset based financing. Full life and half life adjustments are included.
